In the UK, you can go into most supermarkets or health food stores and
purchase unsweetened soya milk whose only ingredients are soy and water.
When I visited Australia, I found it more difficult to find such
products, as most soya milk was sweetened or contained malt. If you
can't find unadulterated products in your area, have you considered
making your own? I think a recipe was posted to this list a while ago,
and you can probably get it by searching the archives. The search
commands should be on your "welcome" email.
