a lot of folks fear that they cannot get an adequate diet without some sort
of animal product.  i could list about a thousand people who would blow
this theory out the water.  one book i would suggest reading would be Diet
for a New America by John Robbins, formerly of the wealthy Baskin-Robbins
ice cream family.
