I live in the NorthEast US and buy my calcium supplement at CVS - I take
CVS brand "Natural" line Calcium & Magnesium with Zinc. It says it contains
"no sugar, starch, artificial color or flavor, preservatives, lactose."

I suspect that they buy this from some other company, which probably
distributes the same item under different store brands. It's relatively
inexpensive, and we've done fine with it.
