After the last formulation change from Duncan Hines and the fact that even their Angel Food cake mix contained "whey" come on.... NO ONE makes an Angel Food cake with milk products..... we found that Shop-Rite, Acme, A&P and Pathmark store brand cake mixes were just as good we also started using all the Pillsbury creamy and whipped icings.... Even the Cream Cheese flavor (artificial - no dairy) Pillsbury Angel Food cake mix. Costco and BJ's carry Sugar Pot Brownie Bites and Beigel's Bakery (kosher-parve) mini cupcakes with sprinkles..plus BJ's has all kinds of Parve baked goods... or if I'm lazy just a store bought angel food cake with store bought icing or a drive down to West Orange, NJ to Supreme Bakery for a REAL bakery cake!! that's dairy free. note: Duncan Hines still does make (2) muffin mixes that are dairy free... Chocolate Chip (although be careful they had a recent recall on a couple of lot #'s) and the Blueberry Muffins (not the bakery style) also if anyone ever
 used to buy the vitimuffins (they're really good) if you purchase the mix to bake them at home you use soy milk instead....
