I'm curious, why is butter so much more convenient than a nice (cheaper)
dairy-free margarine like Nucoa? Large amounts of casein may be noticeably
bad for her, but I can't believe small amounts are good. My own overt
symptoms disappeared when I went off large amounts of dairy (milk, cheese,
ice cream), but I am beginning to think that the difference between feeling
OK and feeling great may lie in the little amounts I'm getting disguised in
baked goods, prepared foods, etc.
Something to consider.
