     (also known as consumers, survivors, and clients);
   --identify the needs, issues, and concerns of people with mental illnesses;
   --gather input and suggestions for CMHS activitie; and
   --facilitate networking to foster mental health systems transformation

Representatives from Colorado, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota,
Utah, and Wyoming will participate.
