So Yahya Jallow's daughter was denied visa before she was interviewed at
the Embassy?? You are pathetic. The information she gave to a UDP USA
caller was that she was denied a US studenr visa.

Once again, here is a summary of the fundamental facts;

1. The US Embassy had specific information about Yahya Jallow's alleged
past conduct long before (probally a year or more) before he submitted an
application for visa.

2. Nobody prevented Mr jallow from defending himself against the
accusations levelled against his person.

3. Mr Jallow was advised against including his daughter's visa application
in the fold but he failed to heed to that advice.

4. Apart from UDP NEW YORK members, no other person or UDP groups knew
about this application until the refusal news broke in freedom newpaper.

5. As a matter of fact, UDP USA was avoided as a result of a reservation
expressed to UDP's Snr Admin Secretary about the timing of the planned trip.

6. after news of Yahya Jallow's visa refusal broke in freedomnewspaper, a
member of UDP USA after talking to myself- I was in contact with him on a
daily basis literally-, contacted Yahya Jallow via Skype to verify the
story. Mr. Jallow's daughter received the call and expressed unhappiness
about been refused a US student visa. Mr Jallow was not in the house at the
time.

7. When the caller called again, he got Mr Jallow himself. Mr Jallow
expressed concern about her daughter's education and urged the caller to
call the embassy and plead with them to reconsider their decision. The
caller refused and said that he was not going to interfere with a
professional decision made in governmental agency.

8. Mr Jallow told some people including Suntou Touray that the caller does
not like him because of his political nexus with Lawyer Ousainu Darboe.
He was throwing baseless and unsubstantiated allegation against the
caller. Party officials could not understand Mr Jallow behaviour for
according to them, that was not the Yahya Jallow they know.

9. When lawyer Darboe returned from Paris, he tried hard to reason with Mr
Jallow to resolve the issue and re-engage his focus with the electoral
campaign but was unsuccessful. He then assigned some respected elders to
meet Mr Jallow and bring about a resolution in line with custom and
tradition. They too were unsuccessful. Mr Jallow was at that point left
alone while the rest of the party re-engaged their focus with the electoral
campaign.

These are the facts. I should know better because i was engaged with the
party and executive at the time and you were not. Your hate fuelled lies
are not changing anything for your motivations are crystal to all by now
anyway.

I am done.
