Since you are not denying the fact that votes were bought, can we conclude
then by saying that the by-elections were not a LEGITIMATE expression of the
will of the people. If you don't agree, can you tell me why you think in the
event that votes were ILLEGALLY bought, the election results can still remain
valid?
