Yero, thanks for your initiative. I am however troubled that even at this hour, Gambians have to ENCOURAGE to opposition to unite. If we have to do that, which most of us have been requesting for a good part of the last five years, then something is obviously wrong. If any opposition leader does not see the urgency of now, then they do not deserve to lead. It should not take for folks to be calling these folks. I personally will not call anyone for they know what is required of them. They need the people more than the people need them. By you begging them for the sake of Allah means that they do not even know their responsibility. They heard Gambians clearly and we should not be calling or begging anyone. Now, if the majority of your readership takes your offer to beg, I say go get them.

Happy belated Eid-ul fitr, ladies & gents!

As the opposition braces for a talk on Saturday September 3rd, we must not fold our hands and just watch opportunity slide by again. Please call our leaders back home and ask them to unite for the sake of Allah and the Gambia we all belong.  It is certain that only a united front will unseat Jammeh. Please take the opportunity of what is happening to signal a strong message.
