According to my knowledge, the people of the The Gambia and the Governmant
of the day are working towards eradicating corruption off the social fabric
of our society.
My question is, are there any official standard concerning how long it takes
to get a passport, a birthcertificate or some other official documents?
I ask this because of the problem surrounding the leasing of a compound I
bought several mouths ago. I am still waiting for the leasing of the
compound.
I would like to know, how long this procedure is supposed to take. Or are
the old rules still ruling - Pay underneath if you really need you documents
in time?
if paying underneath is the music of the day, then i will never have my
documents ready. Because by paying extra I would feel quilty for
participating in the crime of corruption. I hope this is not the case.
Dose anyone know who to turn to concerning matters like this
I appreciate help from anyone out there. Please!!!
Thanks
Modou
