And that's known for ages!



Why we didn't change the whole approach is still beyond me. Why we think

the same old methods as NCP will do the job?



The problem is and was never the opposition is/were ineffective. The system

wore them into oblivion.



Let's discuss the actual problem with a view to finding practical solutions.
