Kukeh, I am as confused as you men. Who is this DPP fellow CHENGE? Is he  
from Kenya, Malawi, Uganda, or Tanzania? I am not sure he shared this charge  
sheet with Yahya before presenting it to court because even Yahya would have  
advised him to redo it right.
 
One thing I can't understand is that in the beginning when these roving  
criminal witch hunters began their banditry, the Army chief of staff and Police  
PRO both denied knowledge of the military or police conducting any  
witch-screening. So where is the Government POLICY statement and why is the  Police or 
the Army not implementing the Policy of Screening witches??? That is  all I 
wanna know. This idiot Kaffir CHENGE's entire case collapses before going  in 
front of a friggin judge. Where did he get his law degree from???? What bar  
licensed him to practice law???? Is he part of the idiot Nigerian judges??? His  
name doesn't sound Nigerian!!!! Kukeh help me out, or JDAM.

The Gambia Echo has obtained Halifa Sallah’s  amended criminal charge 
sheet from the Department of State for Justice in  The Gambia and, for 
the benefit of our readers and human rights  organizations, we herein 
reproduce the laughable legal instruments  verbatim. That in this day and 
age, a government that came to power  promising miracles will resort to 
such infantile legal gimmicks to silence  its vociferous critics is 
really the height of folly. I also challenge  Gambian legal minds to 
weight in the phrase “*challenge government policy  of screening 
witches*” highlighted in the bogus and arguably, most  preposterous 
charge sheet ever scripted in The Gambia. Even though Halifa  Sallah has 
since been released, it is important that Gambians know the  utterly 
criminal character of the Jammeh government and the corruptible  
prosecutors he works with. Doubtlessly to say, the Gambian judiciary is  
the worse on earth given its cadre of lawyers and judges with dubious  
credentials most of whom could have never worn legal robes  elsewhere.
