It is with a thundering heart that I digest yet another sad murder case where an "alleged" lunatic axed a three-year old girl to death. With the rate at which it is happening, I think it becomes the responsibility of entire society, moreso Gov't to make sure these lunatics are taking off the streets for help. It is without doubt that these lunatics themselves needs serious help.
