I don't get what the issue is here. Are they saying Ida should not be a
Perm Sect? Last time I checked a permanent secretary is NOT a political
appointee. The appointment of a Perm Sect comings from the PSC... Only in
Jammeh's regime that people mix civil servants with political appointment.
May be am missing something... any clarification what the argument is
about? I read both pieces but all I hear is denying she is or was a Perm
sect. If she was then what?
