Malanding,

The only secret law in The Gambia is Yahya Jammeh. He IS the law and he is
not so secret. His relationship to other members and institutions of
government is very much akin to Kun Fayakun. He just has to say be and it
is - whatever it is. The Department of Physical Planning is simply obeying
orders from above. The real culprit behind the demolition is Yahya Jammeh.
Foroyaa should address their request for explanation to the president.
