My previous post suggested a concern that glutamine could decrease
growth hormone release. Looking for more corroboration of that, instead
I found an abundance of claims, commercial, scientific, and
pseudo-scientific, that glutamine *increases* growth hormone release, so
I don't take the prior claim too seriously. Here's where it came from,
