I'm a middle aged female trying to drop those last pounds -- so I have upped
my cardio. I do intervals on the treadmill ie brisk walking followed by
bursts of running. On other days, I do stationary bike or 30 minutes of speed jump
roping. Are these activities counterproductive? I just found that weight
training alone was simply not getting the job done. Also, I'm dealing with
hormonal issues and feel that 30-45 minutes of sweating from cardio helps in this
regard. I'm not one of those yoga type chicks. Thoughts?
Also, any gals out there have thoughts on how a paleo diet affects fibroids?
Just found out I have a doozy of one.
