I guess because of his age (91) it was more dangereous.  Same with treatment, I think the doctors thought those were to much of a risk.  They probably give him pain killers for confort.  I don't expect him to live much longer.  If he out lives the month that would be amazing. 

I would rather live my life as if there is a God, and die to find out there isn't, than live my life as if there isn't, and die to find out there is.

If you believe there is not God, than just die. For without a God you can do this.

Wouldn't he want to get the tumor out just so he can be more comfortable?  I'm praying.
