Jen,

I keep a hammer on my nightstand.  When I can't sleep, I just hit myself on
the head until I go to sleep.  Works every time, too.  I always have a
headache the next morning but otherwise, it works great.  It takes a couple
of days for the bumps to go down before I can get my cowboy hat on but
otherwise, it is fine.
