Hey, Kathy

Has there been anything on the news about the town or state government
helping folks out with frozen pipes and such? At least down here whenever
there is a serious problem like that the local or state government gets
involved and provides help with the pipes or alternate means of water,
showers, etc. Especially with a sick child, it sounds like there should be
some agency somewhere that could help.
