Run all through juicer accept for the hand squeeze suggestions.

3 celery stalks
1/2 cucumber with peel
1 tomato
1 whole lemon with peel
1 small garlic clove
1 jalapeno seeded (depending on heat intensity)
hand squeeze Juice from 2 limes
Dash celtic or sea salt
Cayenne pepper to taste

(Note, I only threw in a dash of regular salt and no red pepper)
