Which is completely irrelevant since 100% of our course related web pages
are build by faculty members or students working for faculty members.
That's not likely to change anytime in the future. And looking around I'd
say that's more common that the use of professional design staff. I need
simple standards that I can give to people who would just as soon not bother
with it in the first place. XML is not going to solve this problem because
it requires more expertise than my average user has or wants.
