The accessibility can be greatly improved depending on the way you record
the MP3 file. If the .wav is recorded as one mp3 file, you will not have
any navigation within the file. However, if you edit the .wav file so that
each page is a track, you will be able to navigate to pages. The navigation
is as good as a four track player. If you want true digital navigation you
will have to use a DAISY configured file and a DAISY CD player.

I believe the Victor players are the best.

Subject: Accessible MP3 player for blind

Does anybody know of a decent portable MP3 player that has controls and
software that is accessible to blind users?

Thanks,

Jim
