I have been making bread from the Hodgson Mills gluten free mix, which is good, I've had sandwiches for the first time in years. It says on the box that if you make it in a bread machine it should have the gluten free "cycle" on it. I have the oppurtunity to get a bread machine without that cycle, does it really make a difference?
thanks,
Kris
