I recently contacted the company that produced Nakano Vinegars. This is
their response.

Thank you for your recent inquiry via our website. In regard to our Nakano
products, all our vinegars are gluten free, including:

Natural
Original
Roasted Garlic
Red Pepper
Balsamic Blend
Italian Herb Seasoned Red Wine Vinegar
Roasted Garlic
Pesto

The Food Allergen Labeling and Consumer Protection Act defines the eight
major food allergens as milk, eggs, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat,
fish and Crustacean shellfish. None of these ingredients appear in our
vinegar products.

I hope this helps.

Many thanks,
Christina Couret
