Several people have asked me how to cook rice.  This is the way
resurants do it....

after rinsing and soaking rice for 1/2 hour..cook it like pasta..that
is, in a LARGE pot of rapidly boiling salted water.  Stir and cook over
high heat, altho not to high so that it boils over....for approximatley
15 mind.

If you have any left over, drain well and place in refrig in a plastic
bag. It reheat, just add to rapidly boiling water for a minute or two.

Voila! perfect rice
