Hello everyone..
The Outback saga has continued... I work there now,
the one here in Rio Rancho, NM. Some things that will
be of interest...
Ask your waiter about the french fries. This
particular Outback fries them in dedicated oil.
Another thing... They store their bread crumbs above
the baked potatoes before being used... this was kind
of un nerving, there was contamination...
Ask your waiter about it... Im not sure exactly, but
everything is really close in the back (ie, potatos,
bread, etc.) Be careful...
