Hello all!

I'm trying to find a source for bulk Knox (or any other
GFCF) gelatin.

I was wondering if anyone is buying the big canisters
of Knox that are supposed to be for nails or whatever
and using that instead of the packets in cooking.

Also, does anyone know of a vegetarian unflavored
gelatin that is GF (or a vegetarian unflavored gelatin
period-I can check if it's GF).
