This weekend I made, for the first time,  Bette Hagman's "Pecan Bites" from her Gluten-Free Gourmet. They taste great but they spread too much and were hard to remove from the cookie sheet. Has anyone had experience making these treats? Could you offer suggestions that might improve my results next time?
