This is so-o-o good!   Made it up this morning.  I can tell it's going to be
a family favorite.

about 2 lbs. beef cut into 1 inch pieces (or stew meat)
1 can S&W ready cut tomatoes
1 6-oz can tomato sauce (Contadina)
1 tablespoon fresh Rosemary leaves, minced
1 tablespoon fresh oregano leaves, minced
4 cloves garlic, minced
Salt & fresh ground black pepper to taste
1/4 cup tapioca pearls (sometimes called "instant tapioca")

Load everything into crock pot & cook for 8 to 10  hours on low.  Serve on
pasta, rice, potatoes or speghetti squash.
