Hi All--

Sorry to be needing information so quickly, but I was just invited to
dinner and need help as soon as possible.

My hosts are grilling kabobs, using chicken, fresh garden veggies, etc. I
would rather not use Teriyaki as a marinade, primarily because I'm not
crazy about sweet entrees. I also don't want to use Italian dressing -
tired of that. Does anyone know if using a ranch-type dressing works as a
marinade for chicken? I know I'm narrowing down the possibilities, but if
anyone has tried something different that turned out really good, I'd love
to hear about it.

Thanks. I'll summarize suggestions.
