SYMPTOMS RELATING TO PEOPLE HAVING YEAST PROBLEMS
1. Yeast overgrowth (candidiasis) causes depression, headaches, low energy,
anemia, digestive problems, menstural irregularities, joint & muscle pain,
skin rashes. The only way to rid your body is to starve the yeast out with a
special diet. Gluten is a major cause in yeast overgrowth.
2. Symptoms include puffy, gassy, crampy.
3. Candidiasis Hypersensitivity is considered a "fad" diagnoses as cited
from the Quackwatch Home Page, written by Stephen Barrett, MD. Other "fad"
diagnoses include chronic fatigue syndrome, hypoglycemia, food allergies,
parasites, environmental illness, Wilson's Syndrome & mercury amalgum
toxicity.

DIFFERENCE BETWEEN WHEAT ALLERGY & CD
1. If a person has a wheat allergy, they will not get a positive blood test
result and a biopsy would not show flattened mucosa. RAST testing is useful
in diagnosing wheat allergies.
2. A person does not have CD if blood tests do not show elevated levels (or a
positive reading), but a person could still have a wheat allergy.
3. Wheat allergies will show symptoms in approx. 1 hour while CD reactions
show maximum symptoms upto approx. 3 days after ingestion. Then, it will
take the micro-villi another 3 days to regrow. The total time between
ingestion & end of symptoms can easily be a week or more with CD.

PRODUCTS OK TO USE: RICOTTA & COTTAGE CHEESE
1. Mr. Maggio riccotta cheese is made with cider vinegar. Reader contacted
manufacturer directly. Penn Maid stated all products are GF except for their
cheesecake. (Both reader & myself called Penn Maid directly).
2. Ricotta & cottage cheese ok, make sure there's no undetermined starch.
3. Polly-O does not list vinegar as an ingredient (verify before purchasing).

PRODUCTS OK TO USE: BABY OIL & BUBBLE BATH
1. Ok to use, you don't eat it.
2. Do not use Bath & Body Works products. They all contain something derived
from wheat or oats.
