Konriko rice cakes are cross contaminated. I ate a bag of their brown =
riccakes the other day and woke up this morning feeling the ususal =
ehffects. I spoke to the company and they confirmed that they harvest =
wheat at the same plant. I had a similir problem with quaker oats plain =
rice cakes, they could not guarantee there are no cross contaminations.

can anyone reccomend a good plain gf (not flavored)rice cake.
