Many people were interested in recipes using sweet potato flour, and I'm
sorry not to have any of that to share. However, some uses mentioned
were: to dredge food before frying, in baking, for batters and coatings
in place of bread crumbs, and to thicken sauces.

Most respondents found it in an Asian grocery - Chinese, Indian,
Oriental. If you live in the country like me, you can order it from
these two sources: www.ener-g.com at $14.69 per pound
www.specialfoods.com at $18.70 for "white sweet potato flour" and
$27.00 per pound for yam flour

If any of our cooking experts come up with recipes, there is interest
here!

Thanks.
