Thanks to all who responded. The overwhelming majority recommended Kari-Out's GF soy sauce 
packets (Panda Brand): http://www.kariout.com/gluten.html. Also recommended was http://
www.minimuz.biz, but they don't currently have packets of any GF soy sauce.

Other suggestions:
- using a Food Saver to seal your own packets
- decanting into a small, travel-size bottle at home
