Hi,

At my request, my MD has ordered food allergy testing. Has anyone had experience with this? It's the prick test that they do on your arm. They asked me to make a list of possible offending foods. But, except for Costco's stuffed grape leaves and gluten, I haven't a clue as to what causes my GI symptoms. The only thing I do know is that when I don't eat, I feel pretty good. Thanks for any help you can give.

Marian
