Just saw in AARP...article about hot new healthfoods. I never heard of freekah before, but don't be tempted to try it. It's evidently a toasted, young green wheat. 

I'm wondering though, if it hadn't sprouted the part of the wheat that makes us sick....maybe it is gf. I'm not about to look for it.
