I want to purchase a thermoelectric cooler and thought that if any  
group of people would have knowledge of the good, the bad and the  
ugly in this category it would be celiacs.

I need one that will be able to run off power in the van and off  
mains.  it needs to be big enough to store food for a family of four  
for at least two days.

Will summarize if others are interested in this information.
