Ok, wheat and barley sprouts are not safe but the grass of these plants
don't contain gluten, is that right then? I used to drink wheat grass
juice (yes, that weird tasting dark green liquid) for my liver, could I
still have it then as a gluten sensitive person? Does any of you know of
studies/research/gluten testing that's been carried out on wheat grass?

Also, do you know whether tic-tac contains gluten? The tic-tac box is so
small that it doesn't even have a nutrition panel on it! How could I
contact them? I seem to be producing some symptoms to something recently
and don't know what it could be.

Thanks for all answers
Niko
