Hi to the Group,

Earlier today I was shopping in the health foods section of my local
supermarket chain.

I was looking at the foods, and some of the labels only say wheat-free,
whereas some of the labels say wheat free and gluten free. Are the foods with
the wheat free designation considered the same thing as gluten-free, or should
I be staying away from these products?

   Thanks for the help,
Amy Kravitz [log in to unmask]
