My celiac daughter is doing a school presentation on Kazahstan.  Many of
the kids are bringing in ethnic foods as part of their presentations to the
class.  These are mainly simple thinks like cookies or rolls etc.

We have found some recipes on the internet but most involve flour.  Does
anyone have any ethnic GF receipes from Kazahstan.
