Hi List,

I have been dying for a great sandwich. Thus far, I have had trouble finding
bread that wasn't dry and brittle. Let alone had any taste.

I have made my own GF breads as well. I have been refered to a bakery
millet her in Florida that carrys millet bread. I am assured it's GF.
I have asked about cross contamination and have been assured by the owner
that they bake the millet in a different part of the baker. When speaking
with the lady she was very familier with the word gluten nd told me was GF.

Has anyone tried millet? Any problems? How's it taste?

Kim
