Hello ROCK Northern Virginia/Metro DC
Families and Potential Members!

I hope you're ready for a SpOOk-Tacular Gluten Free Halloween this year & are able to make it to our October meeting. Have your kids bring a small bag or Halloween bucket so they can hit the tables and pick up some gluten-free treats. We'll have goodies to eat there AND goodies to take home. I'll also have a gluten-free candy list for everyone.

I'll also bring some gobbling gluten-free Thanksgiving recipes to share. If you have a favorite Halloween or Thanksgiving recipe you would like to share, please bring at least 20 copies.  If your recipe is "free of" other igredients, please note that on your recipe too.

(We will also discuss ideas for our December meeting, which is scheduled for December 11th, 2004 from 12:30pm-2:30pm. I'm hoping to have a small silent auction & will be looking for families who may like to donate items to do so.)
