Has anyone tried Chia seeds? Had a friend tell me they are full of iron and
calcium and they keep blood sugar levels from spiking. I do know they are
gluten free. Was just wondering if anyone has tried them and had any input.
I was thinking of giving them a whirl. Thanks, Lydia
