Peter HR Green, MD, Director of the Celiac Disease Center at Columbia University Medical Center

Dr. Green, one of the world's leading authorities on celiac disease, will give an update on all aspects of gluten related disorders. Topic will include celiac disease, gluten sensitivities and the latest information on research and the potential of non-dietary therapies.

Dr. Green will discuss how the understanding of gluten has changed over the past few years as well as other topics, including:
  testing for nutritional deficiencies
  updated information on related conditions such as autism and ADHD
  the latest research studies being done at the Center

A Q&A with Dr. Green will follow his presentation.
