Nuts and seeds of all kinds
 
GFpretzels: Mary’s Gone Crackers, Glutino


Crackersor chips: Crunchmaster, Le Pain des flours crisp breads, other lentil crackers;Eat-your-vegetables chips, other healthy chips


Popcorn
 
Dried fruit or vegetables
 
Trail mix (GF cereal, nuts,raisins, etc)
 
GF granola
 
Bars:Kind Bars got lots of raves, and Lara Bars got a couple of shout outs, plusLuna Bar, Think Thin bars Two moms in the raw seed bars, and GF NatureValley protein bars and granola bars


Carrotsticks, celery sticks, sugar snap peas, apple slices, bananas, grapes, oranges,Goga applesauce or fruit packs

Smallboxes of gf soup that can be drank cold...like the butternut soup.  


Peanutbutter or other sandwiches (on gf bread or bagels or corn tortillas or lettuceor collard wraps)
 
Shakes:Prefab protein shakes in cardboard containers from Costco, or protein shakepackets to mix with water, Glucerna shakes, or Boost shakes


Gingercandy for those with motion issues


Zenasgf probiotic cookies... Pre wrapped, “but don't eat more than one a day, oryou'll be making emergency bathroom stops. “


Bottled water; individualjuices that don’t require refrigeration until opening

Packetsof pre-made quinoa, from the health food store.  Mix with tuna or tomato juice
