I have been suffereing for a few months with a painful hip and knee.  The dr said it is a pinched nerve in the L3 region.

He reccomends elavil or amitriptyline.............does anyone know if this is gluten free?

Also have to repeat another MRI but this time they want me to take valium.....anyone know if this is gf as well?
