Hi all.
I wanted to reach out and tell you about something I tried recently.
It's called Kunachia, it's organic chia seeds +probiotics.
For me.. Lactaid doesn't work or it causes other problems. But this product allows me to eat dairy with no consequences, no bargaining, no wishing I hadn't tried it (just one more time etc.,) nothing no problems, normal digestion.
I don't have any affiliation with them, I'm just sharing.
Here are my suggestions so far: I just stir a rounded teaspoon into my greek yogurt let it set/hydrate b/c chia seeds need to bloom or it'll be too dry for your digestive system.
Also, I have stirred into my mayonnaise for my ham and cheese sandwich.
It's nice to have dairy back in my life for an easy tastey food option.
