Hello,
My son is supposed to be on a low lactose diet and has Celiac Disease.
I thought most string cheeses and mozzarella cheese sticks were higher in
lactose. But I was looking at the Polly-O variety- mozzarella and twists
and both say "contains 0 grams of lactose per serving". I hope this is a
true statement as my son loves them and missed them when we cut them out
last year. Input appreciated.

Thanks,
Suzanne
