Here is a response that I got back from Litehouse about their products.

Thank you for your inquiry.  A list of Litehouse products which contain
a trace amount of gluten and a list of Litehouse products containing no
gluten may be found on our website at www.litehousefoods.com under
Products and FAQ.  Our bleu cheese is not started on bread.
